Relationship Counselling

About Our Relationship Counselling in Leeds

Not every relationship that requires work regards an intimate couple or a marriage. Sometimes people choose to engage in therapy together in other circumstances, such as parent and child, friends, siblings, in-laws or colleagues (often, but not always, when a business is co-owned).

Sessions can address any arising issues.  Examples include: communication, trust, jealousy, fairness, intellectual or business disagreements, to name just a few. Difficulty in our closest relationships is extremely common and can have a large effect on our lives. Problems often stem from or are made worse by the lack of effective communication. Therapy can help you understand and improve the situation, whether working alone or together in sessions.

Our relationship counselling sessions intend to assist you:

  • Understand how external influences such as family morals, faith, lifestyle, culture and values impact your relationship (s).

  • Reflect on the past and how it operates in the present.

  • Connect in a more beneficial way.

  • Learn how/why your struggles become exacerbated.

  • Discuss and resolve conflicts as far as is achievable.

Why Insight? The Process and the Sessions:

We will look at how you met, how you decided to establish a relationship, what you depend on one another for and how your connections and affiliations have developed.

We will look at your current issues, how they arose and how they might be resolved.

Relationship Counselling involves working together with myself; I am qualified to help you have significant dialogue and challenge you to progress. I am unbiased, non-judgmental, and can help you gain insight on your difficulties, masking sure all parties are impartially given access to self- expression.
